The purpose of the department is to organize effective and high-quality cooperation and methodological activities of the Department, the Library’s structural units and the Territory’s libraries, by coordinating the implementation of library activity innovations, service and product development, national programs and international projects for qualification improvement, organization of lifelong learning and cultural education, digital and dissemination of digitized content, management of information resources.
